I don't know if you guys know this...buuuuuut I love blue polish....I also love Picture Polish, so what happens when the 2 meet? THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Arrrrrrgh for goodness sake, how many times can I say I love PP...and blues for that matter, from Whimsy to Cosmos I have long since had a love affair with this brand....now comes Super Styling, and my heart melts all over again!
How lucky these fantastic bloggers have been to have their creations come to life by such talented people, and Sam from Fashion Polish was one of those....I am green with envy because this colour is totally something I would have opted for!
SS is a super bright bordering along dazzling blue glitterbomb!! It is set in a nicely tinted base which means it offers great coverage, although I do recommend 3 coats to erase VNL.
The formula is once again outstanding! Once again I cant speak highly enough of Picture Polish for a job well done. The glitters lay completely flat meaning you only need 1 cost of top coat for a total smooth finish.
I adore adore adore this polish, it is beyond awesome in the flesh! I thought I would mix it up a little and mattify this one and add some gold studs...I must say I love this way of wearing it to!!!
So rush forth my pretties and snap these babies up, you wont regret it!!
come and follow me!

Picture Polish Imperial
Ahhhh Picture Polish...for goodness sake they just can do no wrong in my eyes! Another lot of collaborations brings the awesome imperial, named and created by Jeanette over at The Swatchaholic.
I am honestly in awe of the creators of these polishes, I can honestly say hand on heart, I have never had a polish from them that hasn't filled me with genuine excitement...from the sparkles, colour and the awesome formula, PP is my all time favourite brand right now....and feast your eyes on my pics and you will see why.......
More nail porn.......
Imperial is a stunning beautiful purple. Infused with a scattered holo along with THE most pretty blue glass flecks it is just stunning....then you come to the small gold hex, well it just finishes this to perfection IMO!!
The purple base is really quite a bright purple...bordering along neonish (not in a in your face neon either) so this dries quite matte...for a lovely shine then I recommend a good quality top coat.
Formula is perfection in EVERY way. I used 3 coats for full coverage and dry time, as always is awesome.

I explained the last time I was on here I have had some personal problems which have led to a bout of depression. I have since dabbled in a little therapy and have tackled things head on especially this last week.

PiCture POlish Blog Fest 2013!! Year of the blogger Jealousy, CoralReef and Aphrodisiac
Eeeek...its here.....PiCture POlishes Blog Fest and I am thrilled to be taking part!! I have one mammoth post for you lovely peeps today, including some excellent shades AND a tutorial on the nail art I came up with.
I must just say a quick thank you to the awesome ladies at PiCture POlish for allowing me to be part of the year of the blogger challenge. Even though it was hard and I racked my brains to think of a worthy nail art creation, I am eventually pleased at what I came up with! We were challenged to come up with our best nail art creation using the shades sent to us by PP.
First I thought I would show the shades I got sent to do a mani with. They are as follows... Aphrodisiac....This is a stunning deep purple creme....obscenely opaque and equally obscenely pretty...Love it!
Coral Reef....ahhhhh this is just so pretty and girly. This is a lovely soft coral creme with undertones of pink. Stunning!
Jealousy.....yep everyone sure will be jealous when you are sporting this baby. I really love this one. Considering this is a glitter it is so opaque, no need for undies here..i only needed 2 coats!
So onto the nail art. I really wanted to do a tribal theme for this challenge. I thought I was provided with the perfect shades for this...and here it is, ta dah!
I really hope you guys like it...fancy recreating it? well here is my little tutorial on how I did it...I mixed up the colours a bit to show you how versatile these colours are.
Step 1. On a clean nail paint 2 side triangles next to each other
Step 2. Fill in the 2 triangles with the purple.
Step 3. Fill in a contrasting colour on the opposite side (I chose Coral Reef)
Step 4. Fill in the remainder on the nail with another contrasting colour (jealousy)
Step 5. With Coral Reef paint a further 2 triangles in the purple triangles.
Step 6. With aphrodisiac touch up the lines of the coral and green, adding a thin line near the cuticle to create a more neat and interesting design.
Step 7. Apply topcoat.
For the Middle finger I varied the design a little...here is how I did it
Step 1. With aphrodisiac paint a zig zag down the nail.
Step 2. With the Coral Reef outline the purple.
Step 3. With jealousy outline the coral.
Step 4. With aphrodisiac fill in the rest of the bare nail.
Step 5. Topcoat!
And there you have it! I would LOVE to see anybody Else's version of these...so please do show if you try them! PiCture POlish is an awesome brand, I genuinely love every one I have tried. So get yourselves over to their fab website and get ready to drool...find the website here or you can visit their networking page here and if that wasn't enough here are some other ways you can check out this fab brand!

Picture Polish Sea Jewel....oh a jewel indeed
I wish had a beautiful sunny day to really show off this latest offering by the awesome Picture Polish! I wanted to really capture the sparkly goodness, the amazing gleam coming off my nails is positively blinding!
One thing Picture Polish does so well is collaborations and today's coming together is with the very quirkly named Wacky Laki , here my dears is Sea Jewel.
Words or pictures for that matter cant really do this baby justice....sea green perfection!! My nails look like they are covered in...well, jewels, which is why this is so aptly named!
This polish is set in a beautiful sea green/teal base with micro silver glitter that just sparkles in whatever lighting...however in the sun...wow!
I was sold so much on the amazing Whimsy I didn't think I could love this half as much...and whilst Whimsy still holds something enchanting to me, this is veeeeery close second! Formula on this one was slightly thicker than Whimsy but so workable and awesome coverage....3 coats and you are good to go.
So with my incessant ramblings, would I recommend Sea Jewel?? hell to the yeah! Like Whimsy this polish is a perfect summer shade but will see you through all seasons, especially Christmas as it can pass for a really festive colour to...god I love it when they do that!

Picture Polish scores again...Whimsy is a keeper!!
I know I run the risk of sounding like a broken record buuuuuut.....I love me some blue polish, and I love me some Picture Polish, so what happens when the two meet??? well folks let me tell you with a picture......
Yep that's what happens....a phenomenal outrageously beautiful polish...aptly named Whimsy!
I loved each picture so much I have to spam you guys...but hey, its pretty so who cares right?!
This is a great collaboration shade with Lindsey from Neverland Nail Blog ...Words cant describe how much I adore this, it is a polish that I see me wearing all year round because its so beautifully bright its perfect for summer but it is icy enough to pass for a winter colour to...perfecto!!!
Whimsy is a bright baby pale blue with what looks like small golden flakies in the bottle but on the nail it translates to more of a golden shimmer, in certain lights the golden shimmer takes on greenish tones. Whimsy is also a polish that is more opaque than I expected. When I saw pictures online before I bought this I thought that this one was definitely going to be one to layer. Thankfully this isn't the case, the colour you see, is indeed the colour you get!
Application and formula were amazing as always, Picture Polish sure knows how to create a treat for their customers which is why they are without doubt one of my favourite brands!
If you don't own this polish yet I suggest you throw all inhibitions to the wall and buy with confidence you will be owning a stunner! You can buy this here at Picture Polish or Sally Magpies or Llarowe
